🧠 Key Takeaways
- Define concrete ramp metrics for new GTM hires (quota, lead flow, 30/60/90 milestones) up front — shorter ramp guidance leads to faster accountability and replacement decisions.
- Treat AI adoption as a security program: pair product rollouts with data-handling controls (access policies, telemetry, encryption) to reduce enterprise procurement friction.
- Zero Trust / SASE adoption is accelerating but execution gaps remain — founders selling security/network products should prioritize measurable deployment playbooks and professional services to shorten time-to-value.
